Things need to be sorted out!

Why is it, that all I hear on the news is people being killed, mugged, stabbed etc etc.
What the hell is going on these days? And whilst this is getting worse, why are police being given more and more health and safety restrictions meaning they're not properly doing there job?

It's disgusting, honestly the state of this country. Some idiot kids who have been harrasing a family member of mine and people in his area by smashing windows and such were given as ASBO and banned from the area, why is it that they're still in the area? Why are the police not following up on this?
It's fucking disgusting.

I've just had enough now, an old lady near where I live was mugged and beaten, she is 92, helped in WW2 and yet people mug her? It's obvious that she will be unable to fight back. Why is it someone who helped in the war, to save this country, is repaid like that? You hear stories of veterans being mugged, where is the respect? The respect for these people who laid down there lives to ensure that we have a future.
Why is it that people are getting shite sentences for stuff they do? Why is it that jail is so cushty for some people? Why is it that the bomber that killed many people was recently released? Why are some kids allowed to get away with everything? Why are parents not stopping their kids doing these kinds of things?
WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING?

Honestly, it's just got to the point where I'm too pissed off with the way things are going. Something needs to change, it's getting worse and worse on the streets and fuck all is being done about it.
For gods sake Gordon Brown, fix up!

Okay so it's been a while.

Update on myself? I'm fine, partying as per usual, have an interview on thursday for an access course to do go uni and become either a nurse, a pharamacist or a physiotherapist, hopefully all goes well.

I'm currently in a diabolical mood due to still being messed around by Virgin Media. At the start of August I was "definately 100%" promised a cheque to come in three weeks time on the 21st of August. Well basically I still hadn't received it til then, gave them a chance til now, the amount owed is nearly £300. So basically I rang them up today only to be told that the manager had forgot to credit the money so I will have to wait another three weeks!! I am so angry right now. I'm thinking of going to citizens advice, this is hardly fair. It is hitting a year now for how long I have been owed the money. There were constant apologies and I was told I will definately get the cheque in three weeks time, so I'm giving them that time and after that I'm going to take it furthur. Like I said on the phone to him, you promised me last time I would get the cheque.
If this was switched the other way around that money would have gone up by God knows how much over the year, and I would've been in deep trouble, not to mention my credit rating would be absolutely trashed.
Well we will see.

Hopefully things start looking up eh?

MPs Expenses- they're only sorry they've been caught. & updates on me.

My title shows my thoughts,& now I'm going to have a rant about that. They're only apologising because they got caught. If they hadn't they would've just carried on with the public being non the wiser.
If it was us guys, and we were.. i dunno... fiddling the benefit system or something, we would be made to pay that straight back and also run the risk of prosecution. We couldn't turn around and say "oh sorry, i wanted that money to build my pond". They're just plain greedy, their wages for an individual is more than both my parents earn put together. I believe they're on about 60k+ a year. My parents both work hard to pay their bills, their mortgage etc etc and work stupidly long hours to do that.
I have pretty much now lost the little respect I had for our government and I also feel bad purely because there are a couple of MPs that don't take advantage of the system, and they're being tarred with the same brush.

Anywho, updates on myself. As I am sitting here I am currently drinking a lot of water to combat the dehydration and hangover I'm currently suffering. In all fairness I am paying for a good night last night!

Football wise? Gutted Man Utd lost the final. Gutted that Ronaldo has left but I'm also glad he's gone. He's a brilliant player but he has no respect and is just basically a whiny man child whose word cannot be taken seriously.
Fair enough, his dream has always been to play for Madrid but at the end of the day he signed a contract with Utd, and therefore should've seen it out.
He has no respect for Fergie, who in my eyes is a legendary manager. He took Ronaldo and turned him into the player he is today. Yes Ronaldo was good but Fergie shaped him into the player he is simple as. Ronaldos reply to him was basically "Thankyou very much, bye". The amusing thing is he didn't even say thankyou!

Anyway, I have got to get ready, going out soon :]

Look who's back again, Mrs Rant a lot :D

First I would like to talk about the appalling Champions League semi's that have occured this week, more specifically, the chelsea players and both referees of the semis.

Concerning Manchester United, they're now a cut above Arsenal, no doubt. I'm not saying this because I hate Arsenal, but judging by the match they just were a class above. The passing, the dangerous breaks and more importantly the experience. I'm not saying this to put Arsenal down, what Wenger has done with such a young team and the minimum money he has spent is brilliant. When that team grows and becomes more experienced together they will easily be very formidable opponenets.
Anyway, lets get to the rant. Poor Darren Fletcher. Brilliant, brilliant tackle, & he got sent off for it. They say the ref was positioned close, surely he would've seen the ball move to the side? Either way, I know it's a hard job to ref.

But my god, the referee in Chelsea's & Barcelona's game was absolutely terrible. He had a bad match, end of. I thought Chelsea were extremely unlucky to have so many decisions made against them. What I won't be on their side about is the way Drogba was at the end of the match. He was an absolute disgrace, end of. Now I play football and I know you can get caught up in the heat of the moment, but he was disgraceful. He is paid loads to be a role model and look what happened.
If you think about it logically as well. How many "fouls" has he won & penalties etc etc yet when the balls on the other foot and decisions are made against him he doesn't like it. All I can say is DROGBA FOR THE NEXT OLYMPICS:D.

There is talk of a conspiracy to not have another all English final. I find it quite interesting but I do not know what to believe, all I know is that the ref had an awful game. I remember earlier this year, the head of Uefa said that if English teams don't curb their spending then he will ban them from the Champions League. I'm sorry, that got to me a bit. How much were Real Madrid offering for Ronaldo? They have always been big spenders, where is his thoughts on that? Either way, this week has seen my enjoyment of the Champions League turned into dislike. With all the commotion, rumours and whispers it's been turned into quite a debacle. Hopefully my faith is restored if Man Utd win it again:).

I just wanted to talk about that really, when I wrote the title I was going to go on one long rant, this wasn't even a rant. I had quite a few topics which have been bugging me, but screw it. It's late, I'm going to leave it at that.

:) Goodnight.

Alastair Darling.... :/

• Alcohol taxes to go up 2% from midnight - one estimate is that it would put 5p on the average pint of beer

• Tax on tobacco to go up by 2% from 6pm

I will never understand this government, I doubt anyone will. Putting aside the fact I do smoke and drink, I'd just like to understand why the government don't simply ban it altogether?
I'll tell you why, because it seems to me that they are more obsessed with money than the health of the public. Yeah the NHS has stop smoking help lines and groups, New Leaf I hear is a particularly successful one, but why not ban it?
Surely it would be easier? Yes of course there are the other downsides to banning it, crime will go up because of black market alcohol and tobacco being smuggled into the country, it will become like drug even though they are actual drugs anyway.

You can also add the fact crime is majorly on the up in Broken Britain. Kids are aloud to run wild and they barely get in any trouble for it which is why they carry on doing it. I see it, all the time. I was speaking to my dad and he said when police used to approach him when he was little he used to feel slightly intimidated by them. It seems now that this is the other way around. Police are intimidated. I've seen kids taunting them and everything like that.
Why aren't the police given more power? Of course with more power there is a chance some may abuse it but if it is governed correctly then it should be allowed.

I honestly cannot wait to get out of here, I'm patriotic about my country yes. I will be going out tomorrow (ST GEORGE'S DAY) even with the 2% increase on alcohol. I always support my country in football and I simply love doing that. The only problem is I don't really enjoy living here now. I shouldn't feel intimidated when I pass a large group of teens and the fact of living here means you're more likely to get robbed just isn't what I consider fun.

All I ever do is complain...

Well it's been a while and I can easily sum my life up in about a paragraph...
Getting annoyed at the government and police, getting annoyed by people, getting annoyed by work, getting annoyed by the stand still life is at and getting annoyed at lack of money and celebs.:)
There we go.

I'm not going to go on some long rant. I will just leave you with this... We don't need friendly police, we need police that can actually do something about crime and will do something. We need police that can actually do things without filling in health and safety forms etc etc.

God people, get some common sense.

Will someone please restore my faith in human beings?

Another story, which I heard. An elderly woman at a bank, some youths stood close behind her and started talking saying they lost their card in the machine, & she took pity and said that she'll go inside after with him.
Anyway in the confusion and everything one of his mates pressed cancel so the card came out and it went back to the normal insert your card screen. They told her that it must've taken her card and she went in on behalf of herself and the other guy that was pretending he lost his. Anyway when an employee at the bank came out to talk to them they disappeared. Having seen her pin by leaning over they'd taken the card and drawn money out somewhere else.

For anyone who may say "she should've covered her pin blah blah blah", why should she have to? Why do we have theiving individuals that will do this to people? It's not right, she shouldn't have to fully protect herself.

I hope they were caught (I say hope because of the policing system nowadays) & made to pay every bit of money back, and more & hopefully a jail sentence (again i say hope because of the justice system).

Can someone please, please restore my faith in humanity? Please.

One thing that did cheer me up was Comic Relief. The poverty in some parts of Africa is terrible and the money raised should hopefully change some peoples lives affected by poverty and give them a basic human right of food, education, health care and a sense of wellbeing.

I just hope someday I won't keep posting stuff like this, I hope it'll be good stuff!

Mar. 12th, 2009

It's been a while & I have a couple of things that are quite annoying me.

It has been a while, and in this time I've not been on here I have had a few issues that are bothering me, so here we go!

First of all, it's got to start with soldiers getting booed when they came back from Iraq or wherever, I'm not fully educated on what happened to put forward a decent rant but all the same, they shouldn't have been booed. I heard that someone was interviewed on gmtv, stating that he supported the interviewers and didn't like this country, and the interviewer simply turned around and said something along the lines of if you don't like it here then why not leave? He moaned about people getting killed, and yet when she said what about the people killed in terroist attacks he simply replied saying that it is not the same. I support her in that- it is. Many families were torn apart and they lost someone, is this simply not like a consequence of war? I think so.
I am no supporter of any war in any way, I actually do hate war, going back to world wars I've seen what it did to people in my family, and yet soldiers fighting over there to get democracy for them people is something that I believe does need to be done. So support our soldiers and be proud of what they are doing, and if you hear people booing them when they come home, get everyone to cheer louder.

Second is the world these days, I went on bbc news earlier to look at the sport, but obviously going to the homepage first all I saw was violence and bad news. A greyhounds ears had been cut off, a man was proud at stabbing a policeman, an inmate of guantanamo bay had been released and joined the taleban and then news about the German gunman. Can we have some good news for once? Please.

& for a highlight, I do feel I'm in love. It's complicated & majorly based on the personality, but I have never felt this for anyone ever. The smile when I see him, the butterflies in my stomach, the lot. I always thought some things were over emphasised in films, but I actually do feel it describes exactly how I'm feeling.

I actually have no energy to rant furthur, or anything.
So I'm going to leave it here.
I hope anyone that reads this is okay. :]

So what a year in 2008.

I can sum up the highs & lows of last year. This is what makes a year but the massive highs and the extreme lows make last year quite an eventful year.
You go from the amazing new years eve/day that led into jan '08 in which I was out clubbing & then back at my friends for a laugh & then the unfortunate events of my dad being in hospital in December '08 to my nan dying on xmas eve.
Quite a year, from the massive nights out, the few awful nights out, family problems, occasional friend problems, work problems and life problems, making new friendships, sorting out my life & the holiday with my mum. It has been quite a year, & though I didn't enjoy a bit of it I'm trying to stay optimistic for this one, Ithink we all should.:)

I wish everyone a happy valentines day, I'm going to do what I did last year and go out clubbing with some friends and I also have a house party.
So I hope all is well to anybody that reads this, & if you're doing something romantic I hope it goes well for you:)

Rest in peace Nan

I am awful at getting my feelings out because I've spent so long keeping them inside. I didn't even do the "rip" facebook status or anything like that because i didn't want people making me talk about it.

But this is my dedication, to an insanely strong woman that was my nan.
The woman that looked after me in my school holidays.
The woman that gave just as good as she got off people.
The woman that had a lot of pride.
The woman that loved her grandchildren very much.
This woman is my nan.

&& I could write a dozen more things, but as anyone who reads this probably didn't know her, even if I did it wouldn't justify her.
It's extremely weird going by her house knowing I can't just pop up and knowing how new people will be moving in very soon.
The phone conversations where I used to ring her up each week to have a chat.

Don't get me wrong, she was a difficult woman sometimes but that's not me being horrible, as I am explaining this a smile comes on my face remembering how she was.

She will be missed, it was a huge shock to us all.
So rest in peace Nan, & even though I'm not a massive believer in God like you were, I hope more than anything there is one or an afterlife so when my time comes I can see you again.
I love you :]

-x-

That is my feelings at the moment, I could write a page full but as i said it's for her, a dedication. I know I've written this online but it's for my own appreciation.
Thanks.

A double entry today- support our troops! Regardless of why we are there!

It saddens me lately, I recently read an article by Jeremy Clarkson on the fact that there is barely any coverage of what our troops are doing overseas yet there is coverage of every other happening and war. I'm not saying the current event in Gaza is not bad & does not deserve coverage, but surely our troops deserve some coverage. I know more about what is happening in Gaza than what is happening with our troops. Regardless of wether or not you agree with what our troops are doing, they're risking their lives day in day out and I have a friend who has been over there, it's not nice. Support them.

If you can read Clarkson's article please do, it opened my eyes a bit more, I reccommend it. I was watching the bbc news at 6 I believe it was earlier and having just read this article the day before I watched it intently. There was a big story in what was happening in Gaza which was even taken to consulting different people on their views on the events, it took up a big part of the news.
Then there was a story on the current situation with our troops saying yet another marine had been killed, this story was at the most thirty seconds long, if that.

So please people, regardless of wether or not you agree with us being present in Iraq, our troops are risking their lives and sometimes the treatment of them has been awful. Show you support. I recommend checking out www.helpforheroes.org.uk

Thanks :)

Writer's Block: On the Bus

Jam a bunch of people together in a tight space like a bus or the subway and something crazy is bound to happen. What's the most memorable thing you've seen on mass transit?

View 500 Answers

I had to answer this question, due to the sheer amount of times I have and still continue to use public transit. I will start with the extremely awful stuff I've had to endure on trains (which is quite a bit).
Seriously, get a train from Nottingham to Skegness on central rail and you'll endure quite a lot just for a mere 2 hour journey. The fun begins from the enormous amount of people that travel to Skegness in the summer and the awful service they give. Chances are you will have the platform absolutely ram packed with people and a 2 carriage train will come plodding along the tracks. When you see that (which in the summer, is more often than never) you slowly die inside and automatically prepare yourself for the journey ahead- screaming kids, shouting parents, luggage in the gangway, bitchy elderly people & the fact that even if you wanted to use the tp'd piss-stained toilets you won't be able to get them because of the amount of people standing on the train. I tell you what, you pay for seats on your journey, if i wanted to stand for two hours in the torrendous heat I'd want them to pay me to take the journey.

Anyway on these trains I've had someone chuck up where I was standing, getting my shoes completely sick splashed, I've had noisy underage drunken chavs hitting on me and causing fights, people cracking out fags on the train because before the smoking ban they were able to smoke at sleaford which is half way through but they couldn't get out of the train. (fair enough)
I've also seen people intimidating the conductors because of the horrible journey they have gone through. I've had to catch a train to Licoln or something like that and get the hot buses they put out for you to carry on to Skegness because they have decided to do random maintenance on the track in the middle of the summer even though it could wait until winter.

At young ages I've had to sit in the luggage rack with my dad and mum holding me in because toddlers cannot stand for that long, ironically enough one of my earliest memories is sitting on a train to Skegness in the luggage rack, ha!

Usual stuff to expect- stupid kids throwing sweets at everyone but them, shouting people, and just being jam packed for two hours unable to move.

I hear they're finally (after over 15 years) putting more carriages on in the summer, so we shall see :)

So.

basically thought I would drunkenly update. My nan did die. She was one of the family members in hospital. I find it too hard to cry these days. I've grown up loosing people close to me like my grandma, grandad, her sister, her sisters husband, my uncle who had a bad stroke and we was prepared for the worst. & also more family members. I told my mum and she turned around and said it didn't suprise her i couldn't get upset as when her side of the family died i was so strong for her even at such a young age. (bear in mind i'm only 19 now).

Why do I find it so hard to cry? I can't cry. I told my mum and dad I was upset about this but I told them honestly it's too hard for me to shed a tear. I'm very upset and i know it but i can't cry. I have distanced myself from my feelings for too long. My nan died about an hour before i went out, i offered to stay in but i was told to go out.
Hmph.

I am so fucked up

Basic personal update:

I'm not too sure wether you people read these blogs, whatever :] But for anyone that may read them, I'm currently in too much of a predicament at the moment to even care about going on my lovely rants :] Sorry. I've got quite a few family members in hospital, as it's so close to christmas it's hard on my other family members so time is spent running around after them and visits to the hospital.
I obv don't mind as family is family.
But, I may, and emphasis on may, be going out soon as I have to, so you never know, you may have a drunken rant on here? Sounds fun :]

Thanks people, take care.
Goodnight.
& Merry christmas.

Music to my ears regarding a new benefit reform.

What this story is about: (taken from http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/7774113.stm):

"Benefit claimants, including single mothers, will have to "play their part" in the economy or face losing some state payments, the government says.

Under plans to be unveiled on Wednesday, people will be asked to do some form of work or prepare themselves for finding a job in future."

I can tell you now this is music to my ears, and in my opinion it was late coming. My own belief that this would eventually come was limited.

It's about time people claiming benefits that can work should work. Simple as. My dad works ridiculously long hours on a crap wage to provide. My mum does the same. They could claim & have an easier life, yet they don't. Of course child benefit when I was younger but who doesn't claim that who have children?
I worked whilst I went to college. I'll work at uni. I will work for the rest of my life until of course I retire or unless something bad happened that rendered me extremely unable to work such as a bad disability. Of course I'd rather stay at home, but it's the self respect and just knowing you contribute which keeps me there.

If you are assuming after reading this that I think all people that don't work should, I'm not. Of course people with disabilities that prevent them working are fine. It's the people with 2 million kids, who haven't done a days work in their lives because they cannot be bothered.
This is a high subject which annoys a lot of working people so I'm going to bring it up. A father lately on tv, they had about 8 kids, the parents didn't work and they were complaining they didn't have enough benefits. They had flat screen tvs (yes plural), Games consoles, up-to-date games, their kids all wore brand name clothes and they had two cars. Now call me jealous or whatever, but I don't experience that and I'm an only child and trust me I do fairly well from my parents.

It's easy, if I got pregnant when I left school I'd probably have a house or flat and dozens of benefits, I would probably be better off than I am now. Now I am not faulting young mothers, no way, a lot of my friends got pregnant early. It's the very few people that have told me they got pregnant and rubbed it in my face they're better off than me!

I understand they can't make people get jobs as it is hard to get a job, yet at the same time I totally agree with the governments program of helping them to find jobs. Yes it may cost tax payers more money but it'll be good. People need to work, all my family do, extended family also. I am extremely proud to be a part of my family because of that.

I'm now done. If this offends you, then I do not care. :]

Writer's Block: Be Prepared

I liked the writers block question. The main point I looked at was zombies. I'll admit now, some zombie films do actually get to me. Not on terms of scariness, on terms of that it could happen. Chances are it won't, yet you never know. If someone goes too far with science? They may not have the whole eating flesh or the whole "hollywood" zombie style, but in my belief, chances are extremely minimul but you never know.

Anyway, back to the point.
If a whole thing happened with zombies, I think I may be okay if it doesn't start in my sleep and it's the Shaun of the Dead zombies. They're the ones that walk, therefore I don't need to run, I just need to walk at a very fast pace, get countless cigarettes from the shop, get someone to chill with, secure a house, get a nice car, get countless supplies of food and alcohol from the shop and wait until "it all blows over" . Sorry had to get the quote in.

Now if the zombies were the ones from Dawn of the Dead which run faster than people that sprint in the olympics because they all seem to, then indead I would be stuffed. I cannot run that fast, they have power from speed to break through windows so even if I boarded up my house in time, I'm going to run out of supplies eventually and the survivors from this scenario would indeed be low.

If it was the zombies from 28 Days Later, which I know they're not classed as zombies because it is a virus and they don't die, they own certain characteristics which is associated with zombies. If it was a virus that is passed on by the smallest thing of blood (which they cough up so it's easy to pass) or just simply salivar then I would indeed have a bigger chance than the last two of being in a more f**ked up situation.

I may as well get another recent-ish zombie film in and explain. Resident Evil, not much chance either. It holds a bit more than others because they're freak-ish creatures and the animals turn into zombie-like beings.

So yes, basically, that is it.
For once I had nothing to write about.
Life is as fine and dandy as it can be I guess.
I should sleep.
Night :]

Dec. 3rd, 2008

Because being drunk is very fun.

Here I am, nearly 5am, recovering from drink (last drink about half3am) and in all fairness, drink puts a lot of things in perspective for you.

First of all, good night, and i can't help but meet guys and even if i like them and they like me i believe it's the whole "beer goggles" thing and they won't like me. In all fairness that is my problem and lack of confidence and even when im sober i have good reason to believe it. I'm going to have to try and get over that.

Second of all, I had a bouncer that lied about how i was the other night which annoyed me. I get on with all bouncers but him. I've got to stay sweet cause i've got friends that don't normally have an all night thing like i do with a certain friend. I'm staying anonymous because that's what this blog is about, i do wish people would leave feedback but at the same time i don't care, it works as a kind of truth thing to myself. Hard to explain.
My ex bf was one lmao.

Third thing, i love my life now. I need to get my absolutely shite motivation sorted. I'm not being big headed but I know I am brainy. I got wicked GCSE results without revising. Like top As and shizz. At the same time i know i have to try now maybe that is the problem?

Not being emo now, but at the same time i truly hate myself and it's something i don't tell anyone. I'm happy on here cause i don't give out personal information, which makes it my release. I do, and this Will NOT be deleted when i sober up.

Woo the joys of alcohol :]

Nov. 27th, 2008

I don't know what I'm feeling.

Sitting here at 5:03am, still haven't slept yet. Currently got a family relative that hurt her hip, had an op and then has detioriated from a routine op. She's elderly, but will.
Iwas shocked to hear that we should "prepare for the worst".
She is such a healthy woman. Shocking how things change.
Im not religious, but it's times like these i turn to anything like prayer, just anything that may help.
I'm going to try and sleep now. :]

Writer's Block: Hair of the Dog

In advance of holiday excesses, let's review cures for the common hangover. Coffee, cheeseburgers, raw eggs, lemons and worcestershire sauce—what works? What doesn't?

View 488 Answers

Another post, as I saw this writers block question and immediately thought "hey, I might be of some help to that".
First thing I'm going to do is suggest prevention of hangovers and not the most obvious thing of "not drinking" as that would be a hypocritical statement. Everyone is different so I don't assume that all these would help but they may. I've split it into three different sections to accomodate quite a few people.

Right, prevention: (these have/would work for me)
- Avoid mixing drinks, especially if your normal drink is wine, beer or cider.
- Wine, if you're going out on a night out where you intend to get drunk, don't drink this.
- Make sure you line your stomach with a good meal before you leave.
- Have a take away at the end of the night, my personal favourite being a good kebab. It may leave some nasty taste in your mouth in the morning even though you brush your teeth but it prevents the hangover. The taste is easily taken away by brushing your teeth again in the morning which is done anyway.
- If you're sick, don't drink more.
- Drink to get very merry, over drunk is not gonna end your night in a good way. We all have done it before, so we all know.
- If you are easily hungover drink your drinks slow, talking to people is a great way. If you naturally are a fast drinker drink cokes inbetween.

Hangover cures: (that work for me.)

- Drinking milk, take a glass up to bed when you get in to lend a hand in helping with the horrible affect that is dry-mouth. Drinking it to get over it also works when you can't stomach food.
- Lots and lots of water, i know it works from being at work and only having that drink option to drink as I had nothing else. I don't normally like water but I got to admit it's good.
- If you get the "feeling sick" hangover affect I suggest not staying warm. Being travel sick I know this works. Being as cool/cold as you can for a while gets rid of the sick feeling.
- If you can stomach food, a good fry up normally does the trick, or at least a bacon sandwich.
- Don't drink coke, especially if you drink spirits and coke on a night out, it doesn't help.
- Scrambled egg on toast if you can stomach the look of it.
- A good walk, you may not feel up to it at the start but walking it off is a great way. I will admit that the start of it you will be feeling awful and want to go back to bed but staying in bed carrys on the hung over feeling for longer whereas walking you just feel crap for the first ten minutes or so then start to brighten up.
- Going out the next day, always helps. Have a good chill out drinking, even if it's just a couple. The first drink is always the hardest but after that you'll be fine. Have some games of pool, chat with friends. Just don't over drink or you will feel worse the next day.
- Cold food like ice cream helps if you can stomach eating it in the morning. Don't get any huge flavour ones. Vanilla or something simple like that should do.

Getting through work when you're hungover and have no time to do the above:

(The thing to know about this is, working it off is a good way but dealing with those first few hours is hell on earth).
- A can of relentless for the energy boost or anything related to caffine. Remember, stay off the Red Bull and coke if that is what you have drank with spirits the night before.
- Taking something like a bag of crisps, when the hangover goes you get that hunger feeling and feel awful til you quench it. Take the crisps or even a cob, just so it is there when you do get hungry.
- Try and be more active, when you work, work hard and occasionally grab a five minute sit down if you can.
- If you work in an office, or anything where you have to sit down, i've been told grabbing extra walks around do the trick. If you have a strict manager simply suggest you're going on a toilet break.
- If you're only going to get about 3-4 hours sleep before work, get up earlier. It means less sleep but rushing around and grabbing them few extra minutes or hour you will feel absolutely awful when you get to work.

I hope these have helped. They do not all apply to me, I have friends who do some of these things which is how I know they have helped/worked for them. Even if it just makes them psychologically think they have worked. Being 19, you have a lot of friends who go out.

It's been a while, here's me coming back on bad terms :]

Due to the oh-so awful, upset, depressive, downtrodden, sad, worried mood I am currently experiencing at this time of night, I thought I would post something that equally matches that.
I decided to compose a list of things that annoy/ have annoyed me a lot over however long this list ends up as. I was going to post it as a "top ten things that annoy me" yet I have no idea just how long this list is going to go on for. So, for the few readers that read this, I apologise in advance if any of this offends you, but everyone has a right to express just to not go too far. Though I doubt it will offend. If nobody reads this, then it is simply of some gratification to myself that I have blown off some steam.
Here we go:

1) Standing at a bar waiting to buy a drink for ages whilst people who have been there for a shorter time get served first.

2) Getting barged out the way for no apparent reason.

3) People walking all over me.

4) A news story where I heard someone got pulled over for having a cross of saint george flag in there car.

5) The councils that are changing the name of christmas lights so they don't offend.

6) Drunken guys that are blatently old enough to be your dad hitting on you.

7) How easily people can get offended now days.

8) How vile criminals like Maxine Carr have some "criminal protection" thing, or whatever you call it, that is paid for by us.

9) How long it takes police to build up cases against people harrasing a member of my family. (2 years and still ongoing).

10) Family members that are so judgemental and criticising the fact that I am not yet going to uni as I want another year out, when they barely see me.

11) People claiming that are perfectly fit to work.

12) Sarcastic bus drivers.

13) Late buses or trams.

14) Arrogant people.

15) People that go around putting on a front that they're hard. Whats the point?

16) The justice system.

17) The economy.

18) How things aren't built to last these days.

19) Cocky people.

20) People that think their job status means they are better than other people.

21) The class system. (and yes, it is still there, just better hidden).

22) Child abuse. What that poor kid Baby P went through is terrible.

23) How the media manage to twist every little thing.

24) How hard I find it to sleep, but when I am asleep I want to sleep.

25) Bitchyness.

26) Self obsessed people.

27) Stupid celebrities, this isn't me branding all celebrities I am merely only pointing the fingers at the ones that are actually Stupid.

28) Celebrities that are complaining about being in the lime light and treated bad when they just simply do more reality tv shows or sell more stories.

29) The whole Andrew Sachs saga. It was bang out of order what Ross and Brand did but his grandaughter is a massive hyporcrit who is milking it for all it is worth.

30) People who will start a debate or discussion and immediately assume they are right, there are two sides to every debate.

31) People who patronise you.

32) The fact Saint Georges day is barely celebrated.

33) How hard it is to get a new job.

34) Young teens or anyone who think it is cool to do drugs.

35) Crap tv like big brother. How annoying.

36) How E4 and all the things associated with channel 4 cut all their good programs all night just so you can watch shitty big brother and watch the people in the house sleep. woo (!). Why would you stay awake longer than you should just to watch people sleep.

37) Awful films that have a massive fuss around them about how good they are.

38) My compulsiveness to stay in a cinema if I don't like the film just because I have paid.

39) High prices.

40) People who go out of their way to have brand made stuff by paying an extra 20 or more pound just to have the name or logo on their clothes.

41) My smoking addiction.

42) How awful virgin medias customer service is.

43) People who fail to appreciate what they have however small it may be.

44) People who have to constantly start arguments.

45) My awful lack of motivation.

46) How cold it has been getting lately.

47) Predictions of snow that are not accurate and when it does snow how it is normally immediately followed by rain so there's no snow left.

48) Rain.

49) Being a singleton.

50) People that believe they know everything.

I'm going to stop now, this list could probably carry on.
I know some things will be seen as hypocritical that I've said just because I have posted this, but this is me getting stuff off my mind.
Of course, comments are welcomed and I apologise if you do not agree with whatever I have said.
Like I said before, there are two sides to everything.

:] Goodnight
